Bumps on my penis?

There are two, one on the right, one on the left. They remind me of the skin tags I have in my armpits

They're much smaller than that though, and I felt the placement was weird. They're not growing in clusters, and they're on polar opposite sides of my penis. Both are on the underside of the rim of my penis head, not quite in the rim, but a little more on the shaft, say less than a millimeter from the head of my penis though.

Any suggestions?
