    i have a rash between my thigh and my testicle? What can it be ? I also

    feel discomfort in my genitals? and i had a shooting pain that went down my gennitals today. I havent had sex in a month and a half...

    It is most likely jock itch, which is a type of yeast infection. You might want to try over the counter miconazole cream.
