How can i edit my API restrictions on my Sprint phone?

I am trying to download using the Opera Mini browser but it brings up an error saying that the API is restricted. I know there is a way to edit the applications with a secret menu code, i just don't know what the code is. I have a Samsung m520 if that helps.
