Irregular Periods at 22.?

I ovulated on January 5, and a week later.. nothing has happen, although I have been getting cramps on my left and right side from time to time. I know I had a stressful month in December... - could this be why my period/ovulation is somewhat late? Usually, my periods come around the 15th/16th. Prior, my periods (Sep. & Oct.) came the first week of the month; the next month (Nov. & Dec.), it came the second week of the month..

Oh, my body is so whacked.. its ridiculous!
