I recently started taking oral contraception, and I have a question...
I started taking it the first day of my period and have been good with taking it at the same time every day ( I usually take it around 9 and it never varies from that by more than an hour... only once I accidentally took it an hour early).... so, is the pill immediately effective since I took it the first day of my period... or do I really need to wait until I finish a whole pack until it is completely effective? I have heard different answers from different sources and doctors and I want to know my risks.
