A couple days ago i accidentally drank out of my friends water and she is sick and i can feel my throat getting scratchy and trust me i have the weakest most small amuin system in the world so how can i help myself to not get sick?

How can i prevent myself from getting this cold?

if you are infected with virus, then you can take medicine for cold to stop this time around. but if you find yourself getting cold too often, then its hightime you work on your immunity.
eat a lot of green leaf vegetables, exercise 20 min daily like jogging or anything which makes you sweat for 20 minutes.
more than enough. you got your immunity back again.
