Is that Adnan's new gold Benz???Apparently, Brit has bought her new boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, a brand new Mercedes Benz SUV. That's gotta be nice!!!Oh yeah ... Sam Lufti is back in the picture, too. We're not sure what his role will be now that Adnan is the main squeeze now.
