trouble with a phone memory card?

is there a way to make a memory card work? I am desperate to get the photos out from it but it does not work. I tried it in a couple of computers and phones. nothing helps. They don't read it. Is that it? nothing to do?
if you have any ideas that would help, please, I'd appreciate greatly

I have memory card adapter and everything but nothing can read the card and nothin can open the files.

and do you have the memory card adapter ?
if you do , insert it .
and make sure the adapter is NOT in lock mode .
and then insert it to the SD/MMC slot .
then yeaah . pick the files , and upload it to wherever you want .
