I had this big politics test on France and Britain. I didn't do very well on it. However, my teacher said if we make corrections we will get a point added on the tes for each. I already solved a bunch of them myself but I only need 4 more answers to get them all right. Please help?
1. Democracy did not develop as quickly or as smoothly in France as in the United States or Great Britain. Why do you think that was the case?
2. French political culture is no longer as alienated or divided as it once was. Explain the changes.
3. Some political scientists argue that French political parties refused to fail in the 1960s and 1970s but are in more trouble today. Why is that the case?
4. The French state has a more integrated elite than do its British or American counterparts. How did that develop? What difference does it make?
