It is a refurbished phone.I have fitted brand new battery and charged for 8 hours as instructed by seller.But after about 3 to 6 minutes it just switches off.Any ideas??

this is what happened to me,it is probabaly just a bad battery, sometimes it will say insert a smartchip,and i don't think these exsist,i would check with your local phone store and see if you are eligible for a phone upgrade
