(2^8/13)^1*13 . The answer to that is 256 and that would be 256 hours, I do not need to know how many seconds that is

(2^8/13)^-200*13 then take this number and divide it by 365.242199 (years) then divide it by 24 (hours) then divide it by 60 (minutes) then divide it by 60 (seconds)

This is 1 / x of a second?

1/x of a second. x is the fraction of a second. Meaning 2^x as a split second. Where 1/64th of a second would be 2^5 of a second. What would this one be?
