how a 14 year old can raise enough endurance to sprint a 400m ?

ok i am 14 as u see in the question and in athletics we have to run a 400m and a 200m in like 60s and i can't finish it without getting sick all over myself so i want to raise my stamina or endurance so i can at least finish and not puke and hopefully finish the 400m in time and i have to run it every other day the next time i run it will be monday and then i have the rest of that week off then i think the next monday the 1st if December
 
one time the coach put me in a 400 and 2 800's during a track meet when i was only supposed to do 3 200's. i never had to train so i would just talk to your coach and ask him what kind of training would best suit you
