It started about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I had frequent serious diarrhea, stomach cramps and pain, and a low fever for like 5 day. Then the diarrhea got a little better and the fever went away. I still had lose stools and the cramping and pains for like another week. It seemed to be almost gone, but the last few days the pain has been back. I don't have lose stools anymore, but it seems like i have a lot of gas. I can't tell if the pains are from the gas, or if it's stomach cramps. Could i have a stomach ulcer? Does anyone know what this sounds like?
