i just wet the bed its been happinin 4 like a week now and i am a girl wat do i do o and wats the proper way 2 clean sheets and i dont want 2 tell my mom or go to the doctor so please help no negativity please

how old are you? you need to see a dr you can have a bladder or kidney infection or deformity you may need an antibiotic, abuse will cause some of these issues? talk to the school nurse?
