Which medicine would you choose to present in the meeting?

If you are the head of the pharmacy department in a community hospital, started working here for 2 months. You are the person who selects the medicine that used in the hospital. One day the director of the hospital, told you to select the; Medicine AA is produced from a bad reputation company; the production doesn’t meet the standards, efficacy not stable etc. But every time that the hospital orders this medicine the company gives some compensation and supports in a lot of activities such as New Year’s party.One week before the meeting another company came to present Medicine B, which has the same generic as Medicine AA. Medicine B is good manufacturing, good quality, but is 5% is more expensive price, and offer 10% compensation.

Especially (!) if this is a medication intended to treat a serious condition. From your description it doesn't sound like medication AA should even be in production, or available to the public.

Also, company AA is corrupt , and uses sleazy sales tactics.

New Year's Party, etc --big whoop, they're only doing even that in self interest, those are just tactics to make more money overall.
