What kind of videos do you mean? full movies or short clips like on youtube etc.
In the latter case you don't need any software after watching a clip on youtube or similar site open temporary internet files and the clip will be in there near the bottom of the list usually named "Get Vid" Copy and paste it into a folder and rename it anything you like but the exrension needs to be .flv
