Unblock Cingular BlackJack II fone .. can it be used as tmobile prepaid phone?

i have an ublocked blackjack II cell phone and if i was wondering if i can use my cell phone as a prepaid tmobile phone for the 1 dollar a day unlmited internet and unlmited texting package

i wanna get the Sidekick® Prepaid .. will that work on a non sidekick?
