I cannot access the internet I am trying to hook up my modem with a usb cable modem, USB Modem pops up and it cannot find the drives for that also above it in device manager PCI Communications Controller with a yellow question mark and exclamation mark pops up. I tried using my original CD drivers i got from dell but when I try to use the CD it says that it cannot recgonize my computer as a dell computer and will not alow me to use the cd to get the drivers i need, I am only able to access the internet threw my bf's crappy laptop, i cannot find the pci communications controller driver to download to my portable hard drive and put on my computer any ideas? please help
