Okay so, I already know that there is that possibility there. My name is Edwin and I am an intern for a radio show called "Aj's Playhouse."
(-Channel 933-KHTS El Cajon San Diego-93.3fm San Diego, CA-)
A morning show from 6am-10am. With the company Clear Channel.

[[intern section hasn't been updated yet, we're a new batch]]

I want to know 'exactly' what it is you guys look for/pay attention to. When you observe your interns here and there?

I know...
-Being very reliable
-On Time
-Months/time put in as intern
-Friendly with everyone
-Persisstant, sacrifice own time to come in not during intern time to learn companies jobs-motto-rules-regulations-etc
-Learn 'almost' all the jobs in that field that the intern is doing their internship for
-Memorize and know the top dogs down to the janitor-their name and job/job title

Did I miss anything? I know I did, I just don't know what they are.
I ask this because, I really want to be part of the Clear Channel family, to work where I intern right now. I want to know what qualities and traits you big dogs of the company look for when hiring a new possible employee.

Thanks for taking the time in reading my question.
