I have 60 att and 60 str. with 70 def, i want to get 85 def without raising my att or str. what weapon should i use.
and i am a member with about 5 to 10 mil i would be willing to put into a weapon

Whip/D scim is your best choice.
If you run out of membership, Rune scim/Baxe.
Train on Yaks/Mossies for members.
If you run out of membership, train on Hill Giants/Giant Spiders.
