Get more layers and get it shoulder length, well like an inch past your shoulder. Lots and lots of layers would be so pretty on you.

go for side bangs and add some layers it's simple but it'll make quite a difference.

I would get a bunch of choppy layers, don't take off too much of the length though..

Then style it kind spiked, no weird though, just some hairspray.
