Well unless you have a test diagram with the proper ohms reading data and a ohms meter it's not easy but one thing you can do is write a diagram of the spark plug wires and ignition coil layout , unbolt the coil then check for cracks , brakes , bulges , or dis-colouring in the ignition coil's housing if you find any of these the coil is bad.
