    Why is there no recomended amount of sugar in daily nutrition guides?

    Anyone have recommendations for sugar intake? I have a big sweet tooth!

    because the amount of sugar you should have depends on the amount of exercise you do to maintain a steady weight the amount of calories you consume should equal the amount you burn off

    It's recommended to have little to no sugar daily. If you eat perfectly healthy you should be consuming no sugar
