Libs keep screaming "Obama is the will of the people". Why do they say Prop 8

The passage of prop 8 might be the will of the people, but that doesn't mean the will of the people isn't wrong.

The constitution was written to protect minority rights, and subjecting the rights of a minority to a hostile majority simply isn't keeping with the spirit of the constitution.
