    dont wrap your hair when you work out..let it breathe...sweating for us sucks..ruins curls and perms...just wear your hair as it is when you work out..will produce less sweat...im just getting in to working out and my hair was driving me crazy at first....now since i keep it in a pony tail instead of wrapping it...works out fine...shoulder length bob.

    im of african descent with a short wrap hair style and find it hard to excercise...

    ...and maintain my style? i sweat in my scalp and that usually ruin the wrap set
    my hair is at ear lenght so it would be hard to put in pony tail
