do you have a SAMSUNG U800?

if so could you help me out with a few settings i want to change, but can find how to change them.
i want to know when you send a text message, it comes up with and information box telling you your balance, but it makes a noise when it does, even in silent mode, and i need it not to, could anyone help me change this?
also i checked the box for delivery reports but i don't get them, and ideas??
