I found a recipe last year for apples made in a skillet using just white wine, sugar, and cinnamon. I lost the recipe does anybody know where to get this recipe or what it is? Thanks!

I have not heard of that one. Most of the skillet apple/wine recipes I have do not contain sugar as they usually go with some kind of meat.
Go to allrecipes.com and type in your ingredients. They should be able to direct you.
