How can I chat with a Sprint representative online?

I am a Sprint customer and I know that you can do a live chat with a Sprint rep. online to ask them questions and such. This has happened to me before, I when to the phone page and it automatically came up. Now I need to do that again, but I can't find a link anywhere that says "chat" or "live chat".

Please give me step by step instructions and then tell me where to click. Please please please.
