Any solution for unlocking 3g iphone. Please???? ?

I have tried ebay (TurboSIM UNLOCKER) but no luck.
My iphone works 1 week than next week I get message (NO SIMCARD INSTALLED) I would like to get a official unlock so I don't have to use any (turbosim unlockers)
