is there anyway i can recommend this person? i read that cia is in need of recruits. I think this person would be of great service because this person's father was arrested in the country where this person grew up for an illegitimate reason, and is still held in a government prison. This person has explained to me their hate for this government. I think that this hate in combination with this person's intelligence and work ethic would make this person a great asset to CIA or U.S. Government. How should i go about recommending this person? any advice or input is appreciated, thanks.
