It counts if you have 250 texts a month. If you have 500 then outgoing and incoming texts from verizon customers are free.

Both count against you. For $20 I have unlimited texting on Verizon, it's COMPLETELY worth it!

yeah it counts agaisnt you, if you do not have txt as part of your plan its 0.10 a txt pic or txt msg to send or recieve
