If you go to MCT do they allow u to use your cell phone at all or do you have to wait till MOS school, also if you go to your MOS school after MCT do they allow you to use your cell phone right away or, does that come with liberty ? Also lets say you don't have MCT you just go to your MOS, do you have to wait a certain period of time to use your phone, or do you just have that privileged ? thanks and sorry for all the questions and confusion, I tried to word it best as possible =/
