I am going there for first time for very short trip, don't have international driving license and don't want to waste precious minutes by getting lost or stuck in bus/public system.
Is taxi service good? How much does it cost? Is it metered or is there chance of get ripped off? Any other better alternatives?

I understand price will be according to distance, but on average? Say per 10 kilometer? And here in Britain at least, meters start with minimum rate and then fairs are metered according to distance + time engine is running...anything similar?
