if i jailbreak iphone with ziphone will installer and cydia be installed...

depends what firmware your iphone is, with ziphone you get only the installer app, you need to add another source to installer to get cydia. If its 2.1 firmware you would need to use QuickPwn which asks you if you want Cydia & the installer.
