    what is a good Sprinting program for the nexct three months?

    about 3-8 weeks long in meters to prepare for the 100 in track. i prefer to run all of them hard rather than one at 70 percent the next at 6o etc.

    also what should i eat more of

    i would work your upper body and do repeats of hundreds fifties and 200s just try not to get injured before the season
