My computer can't connect to my wireless internet (but I can connect to my neighbor's unsecure network, which I am on right now). I tried all of the suggested fixes from diagnostics and they didn't work. My roommates can get on to the network. I've also tried moving my computer around the house and restarting the computer. Any idea what I can do about this? Thanks.

Find the reset button on the back of your router and reset it.
You can google the model of your router and find manuals for it.
