XviD Torrent Configuration?

I've tried encoding my videos with Xvid but i never know the best settings to use so i was wondering - what are the settings that all of the torrent files use to encode the vid?

since they always seem to have great quality and seem pretty small size.

Im making the files from Premier Pro but i just want to know what are the best settings to use on any files?

Everyone uses different settings with XviD. A lot of it depends on the source file's resolution, video bitrate, and audio bitrate.

I'm not sure what you mean by encoding your videos to XviD. Are you encoding avi's from one kind of codec to another? That's sort of pointless.
