I am Stuck & Having Trouble making a decision on Picking a MMA GYM. Which...

...one should i go to ?.? I have a MMA related Question ( Mixed Martial Arts )
I want to know what will be the better choice, the best choice Between this 2 different gyms.

    GYM 1 )

There is a Gym that just opened, teaches
    Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and some Judo.
I know the trainer, and he handed me a flier today.

It is close to 20 miles away from my house. 25 - 30 minutes away, maybe even longer. ( depending on traffic )
He said that they are going to add, Muay thai,
    But not sure when.

BJJ Black belt Marcos Torregrossa is one of the trainers. also terry Maxwell. ( Maxwell seems like a great instructor, in BJJ )
The cost of the Gym is 100 $, but it is too far away from my house. I think after a while i will get tired being on the road
    60 minutes everyday. ( 30 to go, 30 to come back )

    GYM 2)

There is a new Ultimate fitness opening close to my house,
    5 - 10 minute drive. ( Folsom blvd )
they are offering everything there is in MMA,
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo Boxing, Kickboxing,
    Grappling Submission, & Conditioning.
    The cost to join is
    120 a month limited, 150 a month Unlimited.
it is close, but its 50 Dollars more a month,
    then the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Gym.

It has almost everything anyone will ever need.
I am sure this gym will suit my needs.

But i am stuck between going to Ultimate fitness,
    or the Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym.
its 50 dollars more then the first one,
but very close to my house, and a great gym, with great trainers.

The trainer at gym 1, i took few of his classes at a local gym
and he knows me, but i don't know if i am willing to travel that much everyday, just for one or two styles, and pay 50 dollars less.

So what should i do ??? What do you think people,
i really need some help on this decision.
I want to hear Everyone's ADVICE & OPINIONS.
    Thank you.

I would say it comes down to two things. What are your future plans and how much discretionary time do you have. If you are going to be increasingly busy a 30-40 minute drive one way could really make a difference. You know your schedule best and what your future plans are. The second thing is are you planning on just doing this to work out and learn MMA or are you wanting to get into the ring and actually fight on some level at some point. This I would think would favor the first gym rather than the second however the cheaper price will be offset by the cost of gas. I think it comes down to the two things mentioned above.
