How can unblock my computer internet block!!?

I go to a school were you get a laptop, and if your parents come in and sign for it, you can take it home. Myspace and youtube etc. are blocked at the schools wireless internet and also on my psp so i know its the schools wireless connection that's blocking it. But when I use my computer with my own internet, its still blocked, regular cord and wireless connections, i tried new user, and reseting the whole browser, but i think i may have something to do with downloading the new internet exsplorer
