Is there a way to know what all the ambulances/fire trucks near me are doing?

I know it's none of my business but a lot of times when two fire trucks and an ambulance and a few cops drive by my apartment, I'm just curious whats going on. I live in Seattle. Is there any way to figure out whats going on?
Haha thanks guys....wasn't really looking to hear everything they are saying or to spend 100 bucks...maybe was hoping just for a list online somewhere of what has happened where.
