    can you still use nokia n96 in breach of contract on three network but put

    pay as you go sim card in thanx? hello i have purchased a nokia n96 16gb from a well know store . they gave me the phone and i signed an 18 month contract. bu did not activate my sim card but instead said i have to bring the phone back.i all so paid a large deposit wich they said i will have to claim back in writing but i want to kep the phone. can i put a pay as you go sim in it and will it work fine. thank you for the help

    Get it unlocked!!!!

    They can lock the sim number but once your phone is unlocked, they can't stop it.

    You really should return the phone though as there must be some good reason why they didn't activate your card.
