Nuts are great source and lots of Tofu in your stir-fry is excellent source.
Eat other foods with protein in it
you can also make protein shakes and take some vitamins.

There are lots of substitutes for meat, like tempeh, tofu, and seitan, which i think are all really tasty if you cook them properly! Also beans have a lot of protein, and eggs too.
I am vegetarian Too (im allergic to nuts and eggs which would be a major protein help for me, but I can't eat them.) SO eat nuts, cottage cheese, pumpkin seeds and protein shakes. Make sure you get enough protein whatever you do, because your body is still growing and really needs it. WAY to be VEGetarian!!
