They there.

I've just started a low-calorie diet, after a long time eating large portions of high fat/carb food and very regular beer-based boozing. Im probably 1st 7lbs over-weight.

So I decided to get it sorted an construct a diet, with foods I consider low-calorie and nutrient dense.

my typical eating day would consist of (average sizes):

1 carrot
2 apples
1 banana
1/2 onion*
1/2 can of tomatos*
2 sticks of celery
2 thin slices of wholemeal bread

1/2 red pepper

* cooked as a sauce, poured on my wholemeal bread (toasted).
I also drink 5 - 6 mugs of unsugared green tea with this, and don't excerise but walk average 2.5 miles (5km) a day. I'm male and 19 (if that makes a difference.

What you guys think?
