I have jack hammered concrete 5" deep and 300 ft. long with a 90lb jack hammer.

Carried bundles of copper pipe on my back that weighed several hundreds of pounds.

Crawled underneath houses for a week to replace pipes.

Lifted washing machines and dryers all day.

But I have never lifted a tree, that would be interesting. lol.
