General predictions will get you generalizations. For instance if the sun is in Leo and the moon is in Taurus, that day will have some aspects of comfort and entertainment that will be pleasant for children in general. That does not mean that every child that experiences that aspect is going to be overjoyed that day, but it does have a probability factor that the day will be more enjoyable than others. I could go on and on with such generalizations, but those are the kinds of things that make people say, "oh, that could apply to anyone or anything." Those are the kinds of things that make some think there is absolutely no validity to astrology. Any generalization should be taken with a grain of salt, and anyone who wants a seious answer should take the time to have a chart done before they dismiss the science altogether.
