You cannot use the AT&T 3G Sim card in Nokia Cingular Phone without Unlocking.You need to unlock it from Cingular network lock.To unlock it use unlock code.Visit the site Wickedunlock.com/nokia/rs11wp8/ get the unlock code and unlock it from network lock.Then use with other GSM network sim card .Also the Phone must be 3G Nokia then only it will accept 3G Sim card.Sim card Registration Failed means may network problem or may be sim problem.Call the service provider and get the correct details.
