i had to suspend my gym membership for september and october. now its november i can go back again
i went there this afternoon and i realised i am so unfit compared to before. i planned to spend an hour on the cardio and 30 minutes on weights but didnt even do half of that.

my job is pretty active coz i work in a restarant and im always walking round lifting plates to clear tables ect...


i cant understand how i got so tired so quickly. how do i get my fitness back up? plus i put on half a stone in the last 2 months....does that affect it?
