at such low speeds, hang gliders tend to fall nose-first. you would probably break your neck.
gliders don't glide that much without a great initial velocity and good air currents.
don't try it.

if you are going fast enough you will glide. If not, you will just fall. You won't get hurt though.

u won't make it the bike and I r too hevy unless ur bike was a BMX then u may have a chance since bmx r light
