Neocons, why do you complain about taxes but didn't complain about Bush's spending?

There should have been riots in the street to stop Bush's borrowing and spending but you all gave him a free pass.
    Now the bill is due!

Dan in Miami.......Bush and his republican congress. Bush never vetoed a republican pork filled bill.

No. I was leading a group of people nationwide from a headquarters in Arlingotn, VA to write letters to Congress and Bush. We also lobbied to reduce spending. A lot of stuff happens inside the beltway that others know nothing about, but rest assured there were a lot of Republicans who were/are not happy with Bush. Also, it was not completly Bush's fault: Congress was way into the spending, on both sides of the aisle.

I hope the leftists have the decency to be ashamed at the rubber stamping that occurs in the up coming congress. If there is a Democrat super-majority, expect all bills to be written in secret and forced down the republicans throats without discussion. The bills will be called to vote, and if the republicans complain, it will fall in deaf ears.

Makes you wonder where the fiscal conservatives are doesn't it. Aren't the Republicans the party of small government and controlled spending? It is probably Jimmy Carter's or Bill Clinton's fault.

first of all a neocon is a former socialist or a liberal new to conservative ideas and beliefs. Conservatives have been very critical of Bush's spending because he borrows and spends like a liberal. You would know this if you payed attention and educated yourself instead of relying on emails from Obama and Move On to feed you your opinion

Some of your own medicine, comrade socialist-

Why do you socialists complain about the cost of health care then empower trial lawyers? Trial lawyers attack the entire health care industry, encouraging frivolous lawsuits, trying to get "lotto jury awards". Trial lawyers force the entire health care industry to get HUGE malpractice insurance & patients have to undergo needless operations, tests and procedures, in fear of the "liberal gangster", the trial lawyers. ALL this needless expense is passed onto the consumer & you socialists have the audacity to complain about health care costs!

Spending- all excessive spending is wrong, the worse thing you can say about a republican is sometimes they act like a democrat.

Why complain about taxes and not complain about Bush's spending?

    Ahhhh . . . . liberals.

Read the U.S. Constitution. It is CONGRESS that sets the National Budget. Therefore, if the economy is a mess, CONGRESS is to blame, not the President.

You have heard of "Separation of Powers" or did you sleep through Government class in High School?
