ive just recievem my Nokia N800 internet tablet through the post,its not switching???

ive charged it for 10 mins,batterys in place the right chargers connected-it sed itll take several minutes but its not doin anything,anyone know- plz help!!!!!

u need to hold it down for ages, leave it charging for at least an hur b4 u turn it on, and keep charger in first time,
